#1. Why do you think you got banned?
Ghosting with Jack and h.winn

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
I knew the ghosting was happening, but i didn't speak up. Now Hunter is Excommed and Jack's vote was held. I NEVER told anyone where anyone was in game at anytime UNLESS it slipped and i said "Wow he did a crazy shot on me from -insert place-" I feel really bad about doing this, but Hunter did ghost hardcore. It didn't matter who was in vent he would ghost for you. You didn't have to ask he just did it. I just stopped going into vent. Today on Season when Jack called us out for ghosting i wasn't even vent with Hunter. I apologize for not saying anything and letting it happen, and also for me being in the vent and knowing where people were.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I made this last time and meant to stick by it. I tried to stick by it which is why i just stopped going into vent but i ended up here anyway. I know this is my second ban, and if it is lifted i only get one more shot before it is goodbye for good. I Cr1pple (Chance) will refrain from doing anything in which will cause me to get banned.

Okay well i know after my last ban most people hated me and never looked at me the same and some still do hold grudges, but i'm hoping you can put those aside and look towards the facts of why i was banned, and see that i am sorry for even having myself in this discussion and hope i do get unbanned.

I am a witness to Cripple "ghosting" in vent. I have never heard Cripple ghost or anything. He just isn't that way. He has never ghosted for me and I have never ghosted for him, nor anyone else. He may have said what he suggested about, but he never actually told anyone where it was.

"But cyaNide, how do you know he didn't ghost when you weren't in vent?"

Simple answer, I don't. But from what I have heard/seen, he hasn't done anything.

I am very sorry if this does not actually apply as a "witness account". I am just trying to get it said that he doesn't ghost. I am in vent 24/7 and I have never heard him ghost.

As stated above, if this can get me site banned, please just edit it and remove it. I mean no harm and the last thing I need is a site ban. I am just trying to help as much as I can...

Cyanide, thank you for posting. When I spoke to you the other day you mentioned that you are typically in a different channel that that of hwinn, cripple and jack, I guess it was the AFK channel you called it.

I respect the fact you haven't heard him ghost. But like you said, you can't be there all the time. We have to go by the facts we are provided along with the best judgement we can make for our community. Again I appreciate you posting.

However the facts remain:

1. Cripple did ghost by his own admission - Guilty
2. We have an eye witness account that also ghosted with Cripple who has come forth and testified - Guilty
3. We have a voice recording in which Hwinn and Jack are discussing all of them (Jack, Hwinn, and Cripple) being accused of ghosting and how to handle it, Cripple pops on and doesn't deny any of it. His name clearly being thrown around by Jack. - Guilty

Here is the chat log Jack sent me which references my #1 point he admits it clearly below:

I did not mean that i ghosted at TTP. Have i ghosted before on other servers to look good? Yes, but i know on TTP it is a strict rule and would not want to be banned and not be able to play at the only server i play on.

Yes, Cyanide is either usually in the afk channel when he plays or in one of the other channels just in case we need him.

Can i hear this recording? Because i can truly say i never remember being in TTP and in vent with Jack in vent. Ask Jack. I was talking to him and even he said i shouldn't have been dragged into this because i didn't do it.

Cripple you may not be aware but Jack confronted me on all of this first - he came to me in admin chat and said that you and hwinn ghosted. After interviewing him he made 100% clear to me that you, he and hwinn ghosted together. We gathered evidence and now we are here. So when you say "ask Jack" I didn't need to - he came to me and spilled all the beans.

Plus this:

Jack a.k.a alex: That all 3 of us ghosted
Jack a.k.a alex: on steam chat.

Which you did admit, even though there wasn't a specific time in the chat between you two it is clear to me that you three ghosted together, and from my interview with him over the mic he made it clear it was on ttp soil. So I have you saying you ghosted in a chat log to jack - not knowing you would get busted, I have Jack telling me you three ghosted together, you not denying anything over the audio recording about ghosting when your voice is clearly on the recording.

I would have to consult with highs before I could make this audio recording available to you.

And by an overwhelming vote they confirmed the previous punishment of excommunication.

There is very strong evidence that you ghosted, and given that this is not your first time cheating here at TTP, we feel it is better if you move on. But given that your Steam name is currently "Done with gaming. Peace out." I suspect you already are feeling the same way.
