Thread: Banned? or pb error?

Tried to join tonight, went through load process, but right at join screen got message "kicked due to admin decision or excessive teamkilling. No sweat, tried to rejoin, got message "banned due to excessive teamkilling". I haven't played in a few weeks, Bf2s shows my last battle April 10th, and that was here at TTP, didn't have any issues playing that night, so I'm not sure what problem is. Maybe just a pb issue so I'll try again but could someone let me know if I've done something wrong?

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
Because I don't really know what I did wrong. In 5 years of playing I have six bans. The last kick I remember came from being a fighting commander. I was the last member of my team at a gray flag with an enemy cobra hovering, I jumped in a tunguska, shot the chopper, got the boot. That was at least three weeks ago.

You were banned for the comments you made (or rather, that you had a friend make in your stead) after being kicked by an admin. You were the commander for the PLA on Midnight Sun, and the admin noticed you spending an inordinate amount of time in a tank rather than commanding your team. When you were warned, you responded with an attitude, and after being kicked, had your friend deliver a smartass comment to the admin in chat, which resulted in both of you being banned.

Your friend has already posted and been unbanned from the server, but you are just as culpable for your words as he was for writing them. When an admin tells you to do something on the server, "stfu" and "don't tell me how to play" are not acceptable answers. You should comply with it, and if you want to take issue with it at a later time, post in the appropriate forums in a clear, calm manner to discuss it. Trying to "stick it to the man" or being the Internet cool-kid is only going to land you here.
