Hey guys.....
I know most of you never thought you would never see me here again, but i have had it and i am back to try.

As many of you may know this was my second ban and it involved a few other members which we were charged i guess you would say with ghosting and therefore we were all excommed.

I know the admin Scrum had a recording of Vent that Jack gave him. I do not know what this recording said or the conversation that has been recorded.

My first ban was for a different reason and only by a slim margin did i manage to get unbanned. This one i guess i kind of put myself into the situation. I knew the ghosting was happening and i was even in Vent when it had happened.

I have been informed that Jack tried to appeal his ban was rejected. As i assume i will be to seeing as how i was excommed anyway. I stand by i never ghosted, but i was ghosted for. Yes, same thing i presume. When it would come down to 1 v (enter number here) a person (unnamed) would proceed to say where the people were and the normal with ghosting. Same thing i said before i would not ghost unless something would slip like "omg he pulled a crazy shot on me from B tuns" Totally an accident but yes i can still how it is considered ghosting.

As Cyanide since he was in the vent to but in a different channel because he was fed up with it i too left and would go to different channels or not even in vent at all as the case usually was.

Cyanide has backed me saying he has never heard me ghost only the minor slip and Jack who was a main factor in all this has even told me he doesn't know why i was excommed.

I guess this is just saying i am sorry for even putting myself in the situation i was in.
I have come to ask forgiveness and one final chance since i know it is three strikes and your out at TPG (TTP).
This could kind of be a fresh start since converting to TTP.

This is true. I was a witness to Cripple's ban.

As I said in his original unban request, (which got deleted over the move to TPG), Cripple has never ghosted for me or anyone else. I know I can't be there all the time, but I was there 90% of the time. If I played in TTP servers, I would join AFK channel or join an empty channel so they can reach me if needed. Yes, h.winn ghosted. Cripple? I never heard him or caught him ghosting EVER.

I am here to vouche for him. I understand that the audio file may have caught him saying something, which I am unsure as to what he said specifically, but it may have been a one time thing. He is just not that type of person to me.

He really is a good guy and yes, I do believe he deserves a second chance. Cripple, a former admin, was a part of TTP. He helped run and manage TTP. I believe he could make a good addition to TPG. But that is up to you guys since I have no vote in his return to the community or not.

Good luck Cripple. I hope they see you truly are sincere in this unban request, and I hope they trust me. I have no reason to lie to them.

Cripple,

I have reviewed your ban appeal as well as your prior bans. You have been banned twice for cheating on TTP property - both times with sufficient evidence to convince an overwhelming number of admins of your guilt. This in and of itself is sufficient to warrant leaving you excommunicated.

However, in addition to the foregoing you were banned again under another steam account sneaking back onto TTP property while you were banned. That fact, coupled with the prior two bans for cheating means your time at TTP is over.

Appeal denied.
