apparently. I didn't know till I saw him banned on the forums. Never looked at his profile. Didn't expect him to be since he played on a vac secure server. Apparently he is 1.6 banned from 03. Either way I just added him june 08 cause we played a lot in the TTP server. As you can see in my demos he happened to be on at same time as me a lot.
