JetLag_100, I was your banning admin. I issued a ban warrant on you after what you did yesterday. Do you recall what happened yesterday? If not I will give you a reference point in case you don't remember. The map was Sharqi Peninsula. Please, also post in the proper format.

Jetlag_100, firstly I wasn’t trying to school you on how to gun. I was merely trying to help you. But I would like to apologize that I made it sound like I was trying to school you. I take full responsibility if that’s what it sounds like. I appreciate the feedback and I will try to change my tactics and the way I communicate with others. Secondly, you are right that isn’t a bannable offense but that is not why I banned you.

Just because you can’t see an object doesn’t mean a TV missile is out range. Or a gunner that is inexperienced of hitting a target that is not in view because sometimes shooting the rocket into the “fog of war” can result in luck of hitting the target. And luckily those chances are high in BF2. Also, it’s harder for the enemy chopper to hit you with a rocket as well. Also, again I will apologize for my actions of making you sound incompetent to fellow players. You had ever right to stop gunning for me. I have personally done that myself. But that is not why you got banned…

The reason you where banned was because my gunner bailed on me and I was looking for evil to gun for me but I got shot down before I could pick him up. The enemy chopper was attacking/circling the TV station helio pad. I spawned in with an AT kit to try to shoot him down as well as EagleTwoThree. We spawned right outside of the back door of the top of TV station when I see you in a C4 kit out running towards the south side of the roof when “boom” EagleTwoThree and I get blown sky high. I was like WTF so I type “WTF”,”WTF JETLAG” but since I didn’t get a response. I assumed it was an accident because we all have had those moments. I shrugged it off but EagleTwoThree punishes you for the TK . I respawned back at the helo pad and was typing out those messages as I stated in the previous sentence. EagleTwoThree, spawns in and takes matters into his own hands and I see him TK you. So, as soon I was done typing the message I banned EagleTwoThree for Tk’ing you.

Again the chopper was attacking TV station I still was still AT kit trying to shoot down the chopper Evil finally joins my squad and spawns on top of the roof with me this prolong for a good 2 minutes. During that time I noticed you running around with C4 kit again placing C4 around the helo pad and spawn points. But you were able to set off the C4 because the chopper pawned us. Luckly, someone got a hit got a hit on the chopper which gave us some breath room to have enough time to spawn in and wait for the chopper return attack during this time. I see you again running around with a C4 kit placing C4 around the helo pad and spawn points. Also at this time our chopper spawns in and several people. Two people get in and then I hear/see “boom” Tk’ed by JetLag_100 but before I could ban you the server auto-kicked you for having a negative score. This was no accident I witnessed 3 time you attempt to C4. The first one I shrugged it off because I thought it was an accident second one you failed at it because chopper killed everyone on the roof and the third on you pulled the trigger. And that is when I issued a ban warrant on you. That is why; you got banned when you got banned.

You are responsible for your account it doesn’t matter that your 6 year old was playing on. You are responsible for it.

Like, I have previously stated you are responsible for your account. If you made your kid a separate account and the kid used that account that would be a different story. But unfortunately that didn't take place. You state that was kind of "harsh”, I don't think so. Sure, you might disagree with me but I was merely doing my job as an admin. We can discuss this issue till the end of time but life moves on and so we must to. Is there anything else you would like to add before I submit your unban request to the admins? O, and yes you are correct I don’t have kids.

First, of all we don't know who is sitting behind the computer a 68 year old or a 5 year old. With that said as admins we try to minimize disruptiveness on the server and violators. It's the admins job to use his/her judgment to whether to kick or ban someone depending on the situation and circumstance of issue/problem. Like I have previously stated in previous post the first TK I shrugged off. But the third TK was when I issued a ban warrant. If we where to just kick people they would never learn the lesson and the server would not function as well oil machine. all you have is disruptive server. It would be like if a cop pulled you over for speeding and only gave you warning and next time you got pulled over for speeding the cop only gave you a warning how many more warnings would it take for you to learn the lesson pulse you know how many people would be pulled over!

An, issue of a ticket usually results in the driver paying closer attention to rules of the road and odometer. During the incident in question fellow teammates or I didn't know who is under control of your player. So, its hard to believe if it was you or your son. Just look it as an admin point of view we have many people post that when they got banned it wasn't them it was there friend, son, daughter, uncle bob, etc... Some of there explanations might be true but others are just lies because the players don't want to face the consequence for there actions. Don't miss read us admins. We are not here to seek and and destroy you. We are here to provide a fun enjoyable experience on the server for you and other players. Just like a cop is there to provide safe, enjoyable ride to your destination.

Actually creating a new user ID would make a big difference. As stated the previous paragraph it would make your story more believable. I'm not saying I disagree with your story about that it was your son. But it would make it more believable. Again, look at every situation/acts as an admin!

That is not what EA intended for this game. Friendly fire is on but explosives are off. That is why when you run over mines or claymore they don't blow up. Sometimes, but in rare cases they will explode because there is error in determining an enemy from friendly and the explosive is activated. With this all said I appreciate your patients and cooperation I will go ahead and submit your appeal to the admins. Your results will be posted here with in 3 day's. During the process feel free to roam the forums.
