Unfortunate series of events

#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I believe I was banned for not following the call, the last round I played I had heard a call for b, lacking my mic I was unable to proclaim my intent to hit mid to ladder in an effort to thwart response time from the a side ct combatants (also in my defense, I had no warning at least acknowledged to me, of my ill actions)
#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
This took place november 13th, on the (with awp) TPG CSS server, I dont know who admins are nor which were on at the time some players I recall on were biscuit, mardigan, manno.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
As the title proclaims this was an unfortunate series of events, as I expressed upon entering the server yesterday im not home and therefore lacked my mic, which you all know I voice my opionions and actions quite often :). I've been apart of this community for a while and have found myself acquiring a wide range of friends whom I enjoy a structured gaming habitat with quite often, I'm always in the middle of a teams efforts in some way shape or form be it strategy, action or morale. All in all when i'm on, i'm constantly a teamplayer and doing my best to heighten our experience.
#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I have 3 servers on my play list, the 2 TPG and some ninja thing with a girl clan that has sexy banners around the map :) having said that, I just about play only on TPG I wouldn't do anything knowingly that would make me unable to remain. I can assure you i'll have better judgement in the event i'm unable to communicate my actions real time.

Before I banned you, there were numerous complaints from both players and admins about your playstyle. It seems like every round a call is made, you go in another direction to "be a distraction". The frequency that this occurs with you is unacceptable and, most of the time, fruitless in that A) You're not with your team helping to get the bomb down and B) You're not really providing much of a distraction at all, meaning your efforts are wasted a majority of the time.

In this particular round, I called for everyone to rush B. As you described, you went middle, with no communication. Even if you did communicate that you were going mid (and I was waiting for it), I would have told you not to because, again, it would have been a fruitless waste of a resource. It doesn't take a genius to figure out where a teams going and, since a lot of the smart players have picked up on your playstyle, that if you are on one side of the map, the team is most likely on the other. This is effectively making you a detriment to the team.

Bottom line is, when a call is made, you need to go with them the vast majority of the time. Every so often, it's alright to be a distraction, but only when the situation calls for it. The frequency at which you do it is not conducive to teamplay and is, in fact, a selfish act.

I would like you to address these concerns before I put up a vote.

I agree 100% calls should be followed, and its true more times than less when calls require one guy holding this or a distraction im always the first to volunteer. Aside from that i'm always in the mix with the team doing the right thing i've never been told otherwise until now, im not the type to be a renegade and had this been brought to my attention be it through friendly criticism or a gesturingly warning I would have never let it end mal. I appreciate all TPG admins for their swift and trustworthy responses but how can I fix what I dont know is wrong (at the time)

You are being told what the problem is, and it being a ban, you know it's serious, whereas a simple talk from another player wouldn't get the same effect. Nobody may have brought you to the side to try and coach you, but I know that it has at least been brought to your attention a couple of times during gameplay.

You do have potential to be a good teamplayer. You use your mic effectively. But, there is room for growth. This is the reason why you were brought to the banned forums.

Its an honest mistake, now that im aware of the problem I wont let it happen again theres always room for improvement and I look forward to it

By a vote of the admins, your ban has been removed. You should be good to go after the servers restart tomorrow morning. If you have trouble connecting after that, feel free to PM me.
