Thread: Unban Request - f0rte`

I was playing in the server around 2am(pacific). When I first joined, was during the map de_season, about 3 rounds in or so. I followed the strat callers every call and everything was fine and dandy. Then the map changes to de_dust2, joined T-side. I still follow every strat the was called. then about 5th or 6th round the strat caller said for everyone to rush Catwalk, and then said that someone should buy a scout or Something and watch mid so they don't get flanked. I bought an awp and with my first shot I killed a guy through the crack of mid and through the smoke(just a lucky shot since I didn't spawn near mid.) Then I started running towards long to help out and looked towards mid since I've been flanked there before, and just so happens to be the last two CT's (one then the other was shortly after,) I killed both to finish the round. Right after I made that last kill I typed out "mad" intended for the first person I killed, and at the same time I typed it an admin threw up a vote to restrict awp/autos(like 5 or 6 other people and myself said no, but 15+ said yes.) So they got restricted, which I was fine with since I had been using an ak47 since de_season, and I bought the awp cause the strat called asked for someone to watch mid. When the new round started it had said the awp/autos are restricted, but it was still in my characters hands.. I hadn't planned on using it again that round, but I didn't get a chance to get to say anything or to throw it away for a rifle, cause I got instantly banned. The note it said on my screen was "You were banned for not being a Team Player."
Now I can understand an instant ban of someone blatantly hacking or something of the extreme, but I didn't get a warning or anything. I still have no idea what I was banned for since I followed the strat callers call every round. I have no clue who the admins are in the server, so I do not know if the first person I shot was an admin or what; if I did know they were an admin i wouldn't have antagonized the person by saying "mad" to them. So shouldn't I at the very least be merited a warning if said admin took it as disrespect?(even though I didn't mean it towards an admin, ever) But even so, I was banned for not being a Team Player, not for disrespect, and for that I am confused.

I believe I should be unbanned since I feel I was unfairly banned. I followed the rules and wasn't issued any type of warning.

I'm more so curious about the information as to why I was banned, and once I know, I wouldn't do said offense.
I'm not one to start trouble with anyone, especially admins. The only time I would remotely say anything rude to an admin is if I have been a regular on the server for a while and were friends with the admins, and they would know I was only joking back and forth with them. The only time I really ever talk to someone in a server is when I get excited or amped up and are only playful, amusing talk. You guys wouldn't know that or take my word for it since you don't know me, but yeah.

The "mad" comment came immediately after the vote concluded, before the buy timer had expired. That is why I understood the comment to be directed at the admin who started the vote.

You were not afforded a warning because we have zero tolerance for those who choose to show disrespect for our server or our admins.

Do you have anything else to add before I start the vote regarding your ban with the CSS admins?

I agree the vote ended at the start of the round and before the freeze time ended, cause the last thing i saw were the results of it, then banned.
I must have been lagging bad then or something cause I swear I typed "mad" in at the beginning of the vote with no intentions of it to be directed at the admin who started the vote.
I just want to ask with no disrespect; Couldn't you have asked me if it was directed at him before you banned me instead of assuming that it was?

I do respect the way you guys run this show, cause frankly I have never played in a server like this. I always have the up-most respect for anyone till they prove me otherwise. So I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I didn't mean disrespect to anyone, especially your admins.
