#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I have know clue y i got banned.
#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
I was on the CSS Server and i don't know who banned me.
#3. Why should you be unbanned?
I didn't do anything wrong and least i think i didn't.
#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I don't know what i did wrong. Someone made a mistake maybe.

I issued the ban order on you and the other players involved in the mass suicide. Your action, as well as the others, is about as far from teamplay as I can conceive. You showed no respect for your opponent, your team or yourself. Furthermore, you sold out the rest of your team with your antics. This type of behavior is not tolerated on the servers at any time.
