Thread: This has been a long story...

Sorry guys for you to have to read through all these..
I had a very early steam account created by myself when steam was still running in beta mode. This account was my first steam account ever and I have really cherished it because it meant a lot to me and it was created based on my personal email address - yeh_tom@hotmail.com
But then, unfortunate things have happened to me. My brother went to some unknown website attempting to buy Runescape money and he has downloaded virus on the computer. Without noticing it and since we both shared a same computer, my steam account was then stolen.
It has been years for me to try to recover back the account, but I couldn't find the Half Life 1 Pack CD-keys to prove that I was the actual owner until yesterday. I was cleaning up the garage when I found the box with imprinted CD-keys on it. It was dusty but still in good condition. I immediately contacted steam with the information and they have finally gave me back the account. I was extremely glad until I tried to join the TPG CSS server. I was told that I was banned. I really have no clue what has happened. I assumed that the hacker or whoever the person was has violated the server's rules. Now, I humbly ask for the forgiveness to be unbanned.

Why do you think you got banned?
It must have been the hacker or the person who has bought this account from him. Because I have never played on this server until very recently.

2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
As for this question, I ask the admins to please find out what has happened during the time the account was hacked. Because I really have no clue and I had no control of it.

Why should you be unbanned?
Actually, I am not sure if I should be unbanned. Because it was my account after all and it was my fault to have not installed anti-virus program. But I can assure you that this account from now on with be with me 24/7 because I have my CD-keys, the original email address and have secured the account to show that I am the real owner.

To be honest, I have never found the rules of this server harsh or unclear. I have been playing around for a couple of weeks now and quite frankly it is very easy to catch-up and get used to. Other people in the server are more welcome to tell you what to do and where to go. Just follow the instructions and you will do just fine. I can feel that I am getting into this community already because you guys are friendly, warm-hearted, funny and objective-based. I was very touched by the warm welcome here from my last thread. This is the exact gaming experience I am looking for and I cannot find a similar gaming style elsewhere. That is why I choose to play here with 100+ ping. The other servers are too much into hero-type based or single-player based which I think have totally corrupted and ruined this game. This game needs teamwork and many players are missing that point. And I just don't see why some people(including the hacker who has hacked me or whoever) are that ignorant enough to violate the clearly stated rules and get themselves banned because they choose to be "who they are". I think they are just a bunch of idiots and cynics.
Last but not least, I have always wanted to be a team player instead of a rambo and that is just who I really am. Thank you for your time.

As was told to you before.....YOU have the VAC Bans on YOUR account....not us. And now you are a liar too.
