#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I really have no idea. i was playing on de_piranesi and was just randomly banned. i was following the call which was a default A and i went roof every round.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
TeamPlayerGaming.com CS:S No AWP/Auto was the server i was playing on and i really dont know who banned me and im not really sure who was in the server that had admin

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
I am a regular on the server. I am a team player and i follow the calls. i have been banned in the past due to my language but i have cleaned up my act and have not broken any server rules. If i was banned for breaking a server rule i would really like to know what i was banned for because right now im very confused.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I dont believe i did anything wrong. i was following the call, wasnt mic spamming, and wasnt breaking any server rules.

I am a very fair player.

I was playing all night with Lee on many maps. I was on this particular map of Piranesi at the time he was banned. I can say with 100% confidence, I believe he SHOULD have been banned. He was obviously wall-hacking and after an entire night of it, an admin caught him at it. SUKKA FREE on TPG !

I am not trying to start any beef or make any enemies on the forums but i 100% disagree with you. i have never once have hacked on TPG servers and never will. i am also confused on why today you decided to call me out? today was one of my worst days i have played. my kd's tonight were at a all time low and my shot wasnt even on. I was strugglin all night. the only time i did good was on nuke. I really think Mad Mardigan that you need to play in more competitive servers and see other players play and you will be amazed on how much better they are than me.

Lee i was your banning admin. You were banned for using wall hacks. There are over 15 demos compiled and are being reviewed by the admin community. But first lets get some things straight...

1. You were told before being banned in chat what you were being banned for in plain and simple english. So why do you come in here and play the "i have no clue card", the "victim" card immediately? I'll tell you why i think... because you know it works and somewhere/someplace this isnt your first run through of this type of process. So you already starting off on the wrong foot IMO. You know it wasnt for teamplay or not following the call so please cut out the bullshit.

2. Tonight during our specing of three maps you disconnect. You then come back to the server not 3 minutes later and rejoin. Probably to see if the two people in spec that were watching for two maps so far stayed in spec. We did. You played a bit longer. Then you disconnected again. When you rejoined this time you moved yourself to spec. You did so to see if we were talking in spec. When we got quiet and noticed you. You quickly moved yourself back to t. But you for sure heard Relik say "im on to him now". Again confirming to me you had a very good idea about why you were being banned. You may not know what exactly but you know it wasnt for not following the call. You overplayed your hand. Care to explain ?

3. We continued to demo and watch you. We see your pauses and innconsitency in game play. We saw you try to hide yourself and the mind games you were playing with yourself about how much to keep your wallhacks on and how much you should turn them off. Saw you in round and between round make subtle but completely unorthodox pauses. What are you doing here? Why does it look when u run at certain times that your crosshairs are locked forward as if you have takin your hand off your mouse and using it on your keyboard? And guess what you arent typing either, so dont play that one. How do you go from 40-7 on nuke to 7-12 on cobble? Your style changes, your attitude and confidence in your movements, and your score all are innconsistent. I thank you for your continued play because it gave us much to compare too in our demos. You out thought yourself. When you disconnected we didnt go back to playing when you left. We bet eachother you would come back when you disconnected the first time. You know the time you disconnected just to see if we were still specing or did we go back to playing. Tipping you off whether we were watching you or someone else; and you did. You came back and relaxed for a bit, lol. But your conscience was just eating at you, huh? You had to check it out further by joining spec and see if we were talking. And you heard us which made it real funny when your play changed to that of a normal player, your score dropped and you began toggling more situationally trying to blend it all together. Care to explain?

4. You are a good player it is a shame you need this added measure to enjoy this game. I have for months had many complaints about you. Regulars are on to you too. Please post your eyewitness accounts about this player here. Post any demos etc. Why would so many be calling bullshit on you? Coincidence, they all just jealous?

5. This isnt about one thing but to me its a combination of the overall picture. Where there is smoke there is fire. I was brought into the situation by a lower ranking admin. One we all trust alot. I reviewed for myself and saw the events above unfold before my eyes.

Well it is all being laid out for your peers ultimately they will decide your fate, not I alone. This is my opinion and SOME of the events supporting your ban. Please fill free to put your defense and excuses here.

1. I apologize, i went back through my console and i did see the message "(ALL) ADMIN: Lee you have been banned for toggling/wall hacking." I did not notice it at first because the ban was all of a sudden and that was my fault.

2. I was lagging all night during cbble and my models were all fucked up everytime i would alt tab to mute people in vent. If you really were specing me, you would have heard me say to indaface about how my ping and my models were struggling. And accusing me of trying to listen in on you and another admin in spec is a little overboard. i didnt even notice you two in spec the whole night until biscuit say "why is sherrif in spec" and that was on piranesi when i was banned.

3. My pauses ingame or from me texting. If you are banning me for texting while playing then i am guilty but i never paused during a crucial time where my team needed me. I also have another computer next to me with a mouse and a keyboard with my itunes and facebook up so i constantly look at that and i take my hand off the mouse and use the other computer time to time while i am playing CS:S. And i did very well in nuke because i am VERY familiar with nuke due to my past experiences with my team3xb. During our cal o season, our strongest map was de_nuke which we played in the finals. Unfortunately we lost in the finals but we won 1/3 matches and that map was de_nuke. Nuke was our strong point and i am very familiar with the map. de_cbble was not a cal map during the time i played in that league so my experience with cbble is very weak. and if you really were listening and watching me, you would hear me complain about my ping the whole time during cbble. I will also post a screenshot that i told indaface i was going to post because my models and the map was all screwed up when i alt tabbed from CS:S to mute people in vent.

4. i have been playing this game for 6 years now and have many experiences in leagues and LANs in the west coast. I was Cal-O runner up champs s7 and Cal-M s8. It is easy for many players on TPG server to call me out on hacking because i use tools more effectively than they do. I use my radar and my sound to my advantage. I have had this account for almost 7 years and havent been Vac Banned once. I have never hacked once during the 6 years of playing and i never will. i dont get the enjoyment in cheating at all. its no fun, immature, and pointless.

5. If you have HARD fact evidence and demos of me cheating then please show me and i would gladly love to see them. But if you are banning me for my consistent pauses due to me texting, looking on my other computer next to me, and alt tabbing to mute people in vent then i am guilty and you can keep the ban on my. Tonight was not one of my best nights during cbble and that was due to internet issues and model malfunctions. I will post a screenshot that i told indaface that i would post on the forums during cbble of the map and models being all fucked up when i went to alt tab when i was muting people in vent.

i as a eye witness was there on coble...
lee would not stop screaming because there was something wrong with his models.
he is a good team player and he allways changes him self to help the other team.
plus i looked at legit proof and he is legit

once the evidence is presented to the admin community that is the only spot where the links are available. We have enough admins looking at the demos and giving their interpretations on the demos. It would cause more harm than good for them to be made available to the general public because then it is that many more opinions that we as admins have to consider in the unbanning process.

Lee, the admins felt that the demos provided did not show any evidence of foul play. Your ban has been removed.

We have had a few issues with ban removal, so let me know if you cannot connect starting tomorrow at 7 am.
