    Still banned

    I recently had an unban request that was successful:

    On the 9th it was posted that my bans had been removed. It is now the 12th and I still get a message saying that I have been banned when I attempt to join either CS:S server.

    I'm not trying to complain; I have just been looking forward to being able to play on these wonderful servers again, but so far to no avail. Please advise me if there was a step in the process that I have missed.

    Well, I can get into the non-AWP server now, but still unable to enter the main server.
