just got home and tried connecting to the server and my console says this

not sure what any of this means and i have not changed anything in my configs or steam folders.

You were banned based upon very reliable information that several instances of ghosting occurred on the vent server provided to you by Eximus. As a result the only course of action we could take was to ban all individuals we believe have access to such vent server. Unfortunately, this was our only recourse to protect the integrity of the servers. Using a vent server in a competitive match is VERY different than using it on our normal servers.

If you engaged in this activity, your best course of action is to own up to it so we can sort out who was and wasn't involved in the ghosting instances. Otherwise all will be treated as having been involved.

Each Ban will be handled individually by the High Admins. No cross posting in other players threads, if you have something to say post it in your own unban request.

Please understand that these bans were issued to ensure the overall integrity of the servers.

Accused of "ghosting" on a Ventrilo Server.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
Do not know which admin banned me. I was not playing at the time, i believe the ban was while i was not at my computer.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
I have been playing TPG for awhile. I have followed all the rules and all the calls. I am a teamplayer and I never sell out on my team. I made a mistake in the past that caused me to be banned but I haven't made that mistake again. Now to get into why I was banned. I am speaking for MYSELF when I say this, but I have NEVER ghosted in TPG using Vent or any other kind of voice communication. I can't speak for the other guys on EXIMIUS Sports because I do not know if they have but i can assure you I do not. Ghosting is just another form of cheating to me which is no fun. The fun in this game is to figure out by yourself where the enemy players are, not being told where they are. That's not my style of play. I don't like being spoon fed my kills, I like earning them on my own.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I can't say much more than I already have. I don't ghost, I don't cheat, and I am a teamplayer. I do all I can to help my team and I put in a lot of effort to keep playing on the TPG servers.

This process allows you to make your individual case to the CS:S admins. Based on the post from BradDick it is apparent to me that ghosting did in fact occur on the Eximius Vent server.

This isn't "remotely close to ghosting" it is ghosting. I'm not attempting to hang these words around your neck, but it is clear to me that this behavior did in fact occur. You have stated that you did not engage in ghosting, this is your opportunity to supplement your prior post on this issue before the issue is put before the CS:S Admins for a vote.

Additionally, through no fault of yours and for reasons unrelated to this ban, Eximius Sports has been Banished from TPG. Even if you are successful in the admin vote on the ghosting charge you would be required to sever all ties with Eximius Sports before you would be allowed to reenter the servers. It is your decision to make, but playing at TPG with ongoing ties to Eximius Sports is not an option.

I still hold to my previous statements. I hardly was ever in vent and still never said anything after I died. I understand my involvement in Eximius can be no more if i choose to play in TPG and I have chosen to leave Eximius.

Fair enough, I will get your vote started. It will take no more than 3 days to complete, normally less. Please check this thread for updates.

I do not recall an instance where I did. Braddicks comments about the "fade to black" calls is something I still didnt even do. I was on vent while playing in TPG but never used my mic unless we were talking about the 3v3 or something else not related to the spot of the enemies on the TPG servers. If you have hard proof of me calling something, I would love to see/hear it but I can assure you I never did such a thing.

If that appeal fails your time at TPG is at an end. If you successfully appeal this ban, the next ban will be your last - no vote, no appeal.
