I am your banning admin and yes you are correct that you were banned for calling the Admin a "jackass" and also seconds before you were banned you also said, "oh no, look I'm not following the call" over Voip.

Every player gets frustrated while playing, but it is how the player handles their frustration that matters. If there is one thing that we do not tolerate in our servers, it is admin disrespect. If you have a problem with an admin, bring it to the forums and find the "Admin Abuse Thread". This is a much easier way of expressing your feelings without disrupting the servers and getting yourself banned.

Do you understand and agree to refrain from disrespecting admins and letting your emotions act out on the servers?

But there is also other information we would like to ask you about upon searching your SteamID:

1.) Would you care to expand on the reason why you were banned from ESEA for 5 years?

2.) You used to belong to the gaming community HellsGamers using this SteamID, STEAM_0:1:82123. Why were you banned from this community? And what do you have to say about your Youtube video, "CS:S | Noob Wallhacker" which shows you using Hacks. How many other SteamIDs do you possess?

Before we move on please answer these questions.

First of all, you're wrong when you say that I said "oh no, im not following the call" on voip. The hell is voip is anyway? I called you a jackass because I was switched from CT to T and then you immediately posted an admin message saying something along the longs of "Hey ztk, why don't you try the objective side every once in a while." Where ever you got that im not following the call bullshit is ridiculous.

Of course, but can you (and the entire admin staff) try not be so, jerkish (for lack of a better term)? Because you didn't even have to say anything after you moved me, just fucking switch me, no words were necessary. Especially not one that instigates a fight...

I was banned off accusation of helping a guy named Mika, to DDoS ESEA servers/websites. The ONLY relationship I had with Mika was the fact that I knew him for 2 WEEKS. Upon more research, ESEA found out that Mika was not behind the DDoS'ing anyways, it was a man that goes by the name of k3u (no one knows any information about this man/women). So now I'm left with a 5 year ban because of an admin named BiGG and his pissy little attitude... The admin BiGG also sent my friend a PM saying that there was "entensive research" (with the typo as well) to prove that I had a justified ban. I've sent several ban appeal reports to the ESEA ban appeal email, but the email is maintained by the admin BiGG, so I'm literally FUCKED. Recently, I've heard the co-founder of ESEA is reviewing the ban. For more information, ZTK cries “bullshit” in regards to his 5 year ESEA ban « Nerdbuster.com .

I was banned from that community for knowing how to hack someone, which the admin HG | Prius found scary and told the head admins of HeLLsGamers. I was then banned and removed from the HeLLsGamers league competitive team. This was at the age of around 14. I was young and immature, and I was recently introduced to hackforums.com - Hackforums Resources and Information. This website is for sale! which showed me the ability to RAT.
The youtube video was when I possessed material hacks, 2 some years ago. I was an ex-steam seller (atleast a year ago) and I had access to multiple steam accounts. For more information on steam account selling, search k-tard in google and find out I was banned from steam selling too ([K-Tard's back!] Free Middleman (Trusted) - Sythe.Org Forums and K-Tard's Steam Shop - Sythe.Org Forums). And as of right now, I possess 2 steam accounts, the one I use on your servers all the time, and another one I let my sister use on her labtop.

By no means was I trying to instigate a fight when I said, "Try going objective side once in a while ztk". You are obviously a skilled player and we do not like to see our skilled players stacking CT-side map after map. The CTs were stacked on Season and once again you joined CT side. I switched you to T to even up the teams and let you know that you should join objective side more often.

There is no reason for you to get all defensive. Your already digging yourself a huge hole with your attitude towards the admins. Remember that the entire admin community votes on your unban request. But I believe the damage is already done.

Please continue to wait while the admins discuss this matter.

By vote of the CS:S Admins your ban has been upheld. Given your admitted history of hacking and selling steam accounts the decision has been made to excommunicate you from TPG. We cannot and will not allow an admitted hacker to play on our servers or participate in this community.
