Thread: banned for "teamkilling" enemies?

#1. Why do you think you got banned?

It said Banning for teamkilling, when the only people I killed were enemies?

Kubra Dam, 5/14/11 ~5pm eastern, on USMC, our team had taken Intake and I spawned back at the hanger spawn to make a flag and asset sweep, only to spawn in front of 4-5 enemy MEC. as I had spawned SpecOps to blow up the assets, I made a suicide run in the middle of the enemies with c4 killing 4 of them and myself, and then I was swiftly banned for teamkilling? ???

BF2 vanilla server. not sure. not sure.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?

Quite honestly I do not believe I did anything wrong, much less anything to warrant a ban. I have played on the server many a time and am thoroughly aware of the rules and to the best of my knowledge have never broken any. If I did, I apologize and will try not to do whatever action again.

I am your banning admin. According to my screen you tked 4 people when you c4ed and asked if i wanted to punish. After checking the logs though it shows no tk stored with you name on it nor does it show a punish by myself. I am going to go with it was a glitch seeing as this is not your character to begin with. Your ban will be removed and you are free to rejoin the server.
