#1. Why do you think you got banned?

I got banned for not following the call.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

I was playing on one of the CSS servers and I don't know who the admins are so I don't know who banned me.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?

The reason I was banned is because I did not follow the call. However, I did not have any sound at the time because I was still waiting for my brother (MaFioSo) to fix my sound card. Also I never really play CSS so I am unfamiliar with most of the maps. Since this incident my brother has fixed my sound card and even let me have his old headphones with mic.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

I promise to do my best to follow calls and stick with my team.

You are correct that you were banned for not following the calls. Warnings were given to the T team to follow the call via admin messages, and you were still not following the call so you were banned. Also, keep in mind that 'not having sound' is not an excuse to not follow the call. If this problem occurs again, I would recommend staying off the servers because it is impossible to be a contributing team player in CSS without sound.
