Happy Thoughts Ban

I was banned 6/9/2011 for accidently throwing a flash just after the round got started. My mouse got stuck. It didn't affect anyones gameplay and I repeatly said I was sorry.

1. Why do you think you got banned?
I think the admin thought I was trying to piss people off.

2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
No AWP/AUTO. I have no clue.

3. Why should you be unbanned?
Read above. I did nothing wrong

4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I always follow the calls and I make calls. I get mad when people dont follow them.

I would like to play on the TPG Servers. Only place I play in CSS

You flashed the entire team right after the freeze.. AS the CT team left spawn on de_piranesi. Prior to this incident you were very hot with another player regarding the purchase/use of smokes. I know your attitude, sure you do play with heart, but you get worked up. And I believe this incident was a matter of your own frustration and intentional. It's why I brought you here. Manno may seem/sound harsh about his coaching, but he means no harm. If you choose to ignore his coaching, do so, and leave it there. The back-and-forth between you two happened more than once, and there was no reason to get angry

Point being -- The flash you tossed, at the beginning of the round, was quite intentional. If you claim it an accident, I will leave it there and let the admins decide the vote.

I will however lend you some advice. Control your emotions, and be honest. Before I put this vote up I await your own response.

Also for the people playing at the time i'm also sorry for my attitude and the flash.

posting as a witness to the events. happy and i did get a bit worked up. happy was defusing the bomb and didn't have a smoke. i got on him about not having one, he reacted and it went from there. happy, i didn't mean to affect you directly like that, i was just trying to express my frustration we couldn't get it together. sorry about that.

By vote of the admins your ban has been lifted. Be aware this is your second ban, and a third ban could prove to be irreversible. Next time you find yourself getting worked up or considering doing something that could get you banned let this be a reminder that you should take a break.

You may attempt to connect as of now but it may take until tomorrow's server restart before the unban is applied.
