First of all I wasn’t talking about enithos the entire time because after playing awhile I realized he was clearly new to the game I was mad because I wasn’t being healed by pulpy , he would heal for literally a second then he would run off and heal someone else. And I what I actually said after that push was “oh now you decide to heal me now that I’m not a heavy class you suck ” Also I use my mic a lot you must have had me muted for all those years I guess. In addition I never heard you say anything about cooling it over VOIP, not denying you said it I just never heard it. Secondly I didn’t mean that being a reg and having admins as my friends would protect me from being kicked or banned. What I should have said is that because of these circumstances (being a reg and knowing admins) I have seen a lot of people get kicked before and normally their issued a warning over admin speak if their causing a problem even regs.
However I’m not going to sit here and argue over who said what. I realize now what I did wrong; questioning the admins decision to kick me was wrong and I apologize for that I also won’t ever question an admins decision ever again. I should be unbanned because I am a team player and when I’m on the server I do try to help out other players when they show willingness to be helped I also do prime the servers a lot because I like the way these servers are run.
By the way this isn’t my first time to the forums I just stopped reading them after I stopped playing for the misfits because I don’t find them to be very interesting, and I couldn’t retrieve my old account info. That’s why I only have one post.

Welcome to the forums. It's a shame your first post here is made under these circumstances.

You are correct in a few of your assumptions.
1) The kick came from me.
2) It came because you were selling out your medic and thus your team.
3) The ban also came from me.

However, you are wrong in many of your other assumptions.
1) The kick was not unreasonable, and claiming so here will only hurt your unban request. I will address the circumstances of the kick further, below.
2) Being friends with admins will not protect you from kicks/bans.
3) Being a reg will not protect you from kicks/bans. On the contrary, regs are held to HIGHER standard than non-regs.
4) You were banned not because your "bad admin!" statement offended me. Even if it had, offending me is not against the rules. Questioning the admins in game is against the rules. As a reg, you should know this.
5) Apologizing for offending me will not get you unbanned, for the same reasons enumerated in #4.
6) I don't dislike you. Nor could I ban you for disliking you, nor would I.
7) Your reasons for deserving an unban (being a reg, and a first ban) are insufficient. More on this, below.

The circumstances were as follows:
A new (to me) player joined our team. For a non-reg, he was being an excellent teamplayer, and a medic at that. His name was Enthios if I remember correctly. For whatever reason (I am still unsure), you took it upon yourself to spew verbal insults at Enthios every 30 seconds for what you perceived as his lack of medic skill. This struck me as particularly ironic, because in years of playing with you, while you are an excellent player, I have never once heard your voice. And today you decided to finally speak up, only to perpetually insult your own teammates, rather than help them. I mentioned to you once over VOIP (as a player, not an admin) to chill out with the insults. The last straw came when our medic successfully pushed a heavy with an uber through the enemy sentry nest, allowing our team to capture the next point with time about to expire... and you chose that exact moment to once more get on VOIP (which we were trying to use for real communication) and loudly berate the medic for "not knowing how to use his heal gun." You were given a kick... which WAS your warning. It was my honest hope that you would return, and at best say you were sorry and use your VOIP to help your team instead, or at worst just silently return to your normal non-communicative self. Either of those would have been acceptable. But instead you questioned an admin decision, which is a fundamental rule that cannot be ignored. Hence, the ban.

Your unban:
If you wish an unban vote to go up, you need to acknowledge the reasons why you were banned (your posted reasons were incorrect), and state that you will refrain from doing these things in the future.
