khgw.heavycodY and khgw.kansasprincess are one in the same and that has never been a question that I didn't answer with the truth. I would like to be unbanned and have been playing almost daily with no issues. The reason I was banned in the first place was explaining why I was where I was to be slayed. Didn't even make a big deal about it. Almost all of the regulars know me and I'm sure that includes admins even though I really have no idea who any of you are. I run a GG clan and I'm bored with GG. I like to play reg and only play here. You haven't had any problems from me and sure didn't do anything when it just happened. Hope this will get lifted. That is up to you but I hope it's not.

It was brought to my attention that your clan, Khgw, has been exiled from our servers and website for their actions in 2008. Being that you are tagged as a "khgw" clan member you fall into that category.

High admin can lock and proceed with the necessary actions.

Actions from 2008? I know that back then I had several members of my clan that would troll other servers. We have completely redone our clan from the ground up and only have about four of the original members. I apoligize for what ever they may have done in the past but I assure you that those players are no longer involved with my clan. We are a respectable bunch that reguire respectable players and our members to show/treat every server like it is our own. I have been the leader of this clan since it was started and do apoligize for what ever my members might have done in the past. I am one of about five that play reg and like I said earlier only in your server. It has been three years and would ask at this time that the ban be lifted. I myself have only been playing here for a few months but I refer all of my guys that want to play reg and do it the right way (not just pub it up) to play here. Hope you will take the time and reconsider this blanket ban. I myself was not banned before so I was not involved in anything that came from 2008.

After discussing the issue with the other admins there will be a few procedures that you will need to do before we ever consider lifting your ban or the ban of your clan completely.

1.) You circumvented your 6-11-11 ban. You admitted that you were only a couple days away from appealing it. Although you may have not been aware that because that ban was sustained, you were not permitted to play on ANY of our servers, even if on a different steam id. Because of this, 30 more days will be added to your ban before you can appeal it. This means that you will not be able to connect to our servers for 36 days. (6 days left for your original ban and 30 for the new one)

2.) For us to even consider your appeal you must drop the khgw tags all together. If you are wanting to get the clans ban lifted that will be a whole entire different issue. That will be up to the High admins, but I assume you would need to get as many if not ALL members of Khgw to come post here. If that does not happen, the only way you will be able to play on our servers is if you remove your clan tags.

So you have 36 days to think about what you want to do. Do not try to connect to our servers under a different steam id; if you try and we catch you I'm almost positive there will be no more appeals for you.

Lastly, when/if you come back to appeal please read the "Stickies" of the Banned Forums so you can post in the correct format. We will not address you until you do so. (Your last two unbanned request were not in the correct format)

For one like I said. The clan is entirely new with all new members. The members that caused the ban in the first place are off playing in cevo doing their own thing. Only about five of my 60 members play reg. It is a GunGame clan and always has been. I will appeal the ban when the 36 days is up but you will never get me to drop my tags of a clan that I started, named, and have ran for all these years. None of you would do that I'm sure. It is sad that after all this time you guys would still hold on to what ever they did and I'm sure with how fast your admins are quick to ban it didn't take much but all of them are gone. What ever they did I can assure you that it wouldn't have happened if I would have been around but I took a very long leave in 2008 due to personal reasons. Hopefully this will get taken care of but from the sounds of it I won't hold my breath. Thank you for your time.
Also I just looked at your stats page and I'm more lost now then when I was banned for the clan tag. I don't see but three names that I reconize with the khgw tag and I know everyone that has dawned this tag since it began and any other names they may have used. Booger, HeavyCody and CrystalDawn(my wifes account) are the only ones that have ever been in my clan. I know Booger didn't do anything because the only time he was in the server was with me. Do you have any old post that maybe you can reference me to about the original ordeal?

These are the 2 primary threads that lead to the clan ban on khgw. This is for your reference only at this point - we will not take up the issue of your original ban, the circumvention thereof, or the clan ban on khgw until the extended appeal period expires.
