#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I think I got banned for not having voice chat on during a CSS match.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

I was playing on a TPG server with the IP of 184.173.90.91:27016. It's a CSS server with the name "TeamPlayerGaming CS:S No AWP/Auto".

I don't know which admin banned me, it was my first time (that I can remember) playing on the server, so I didn't know who was or wasn't an admin.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?

I believe I should be unbanned because apparently having voice chat on is included in the rules, which I didn't pay attention to. I wasn't causing trouble, I hadn't even said a word in chat, or on my mic. I couldn't have been banned for hacking or cheating because I haven't played CSS in over a year and I'm pretty bad at it. I had voice chat disabled because of a spammer in a server I was in previously, and never remembered to turn it back on.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

I won't do anything against the rules again. I'll be careful to read them more carefully and keep my voice chat on and respect and follow them.

If it's any help, here's a short excerpt from the console before I was banned. I was never told through the chat why I was banned, but someone else who didn't have voice chat enabled was banned before me, so I think that's why I was banned too. I didn't notice the chat until it was too late.

You were banned for not following the call (which is communicated over the mic) and, if I remember correctly, the call was for bomb and top 2 to sit in spawn while everyone else split A. You chose to go lower A with the bomb. And, I had already warned T team, as well as banned another before you as your chat log shows, for not following the call.

So, yes, if you have voice chat disabled, then you will not know what the call is, and end up here. We value communication and teamplay very highly here, and if you shut out your teammates' voices, it hinders the team greatly, especially when you have the bomb.
