Thread: Css A-Mac Ban

I am your banning admin. You were banned for your overall behavior in the server, which included not following the call on at least 3 occasions and then giving attitude after a final slay.

The map was de_nuke. I was calling since no one else had stepped up. You didn't not follow a call, so I slayed you. Then you stated that you could not hear me very well, so I started adjusting my mic and asking if people could hear it. But many others said that my mic was fine the whole time and that it is just you that has the issue. All that took a few rounds (of which we slow played), but then I started calling again.

There were not very many regular players on the server and the T side was having issues following the call. Some rounds 3, 4, or 5 people just camped rather than rush. As an admin, I put up a full team warning to follow the call, and slayed who I could. The round that you recounted, you were slayed first because you had already been warned. Some other Ts I was about to slay died before I could. I should have just banned you right then instead of a second slay, but I didn't recognize your name and thought you might just be new to the server. In any case, you reply in chat:

"dont be gay if your stupid calls arnt working dont slay because of that"

At that point I was done dealing with you. I gave you an extra chance to help your team and you decided to disrespect an admin.



Before your vote, please answer these questions as best as you can:
Why should we allow you back in the server? You seemed to have no interest in rushing with your team when that is the call. Is the behavior you exhibited during de_nuke what we can expect from you in the future?

True, being slayed does anger some people. But it is the best way to get someone's attention. If an admin only put up a warning message, many people either wouldn't notice it or perhaps think the admin was talking to someone else. A slay, on the other hand, is nearly impossible to miss and immediately tells the person that they did something wrong.

Also keep in mind that the admin's word is final. There is no debate of admin actions on the server. If there is a real concern of admin abuse, then we have a forum to report that here: Report Admin Abuse Otherwise, you have to do what the admin says on the server.
