....and what's your purpose here? Are you helping? No. We know (or at least I do) you hate DoD:S. The last two PuGs we've had 14-16 people. Your opinion is neither asked for, nor wanted here. I think we have a right to be a bit miffed because he abandoned his team simply because he didn't want to play anymore. Kindly see your way out.

Kindly kiss my ass. You stick your nose in all kinds of topics that nobody invites you to. It has nothing to do with me (dis)liking DoD. It has everything to do with you, and a few others, being crybabies that nobody shows up, see last week's cancelled PUG for reference, and then when someone that has never played a PUG here, and because of that likely has no clue how long to expect to play, volunteers to show up last minute to play you say it should be more exclusive so people like him don't show up. Have fun with your superexclusive 3v3 PUGs.

He has surely played in matches before...be it L4D or CS:S. You don't just leave.

So, again...there's the door.

For someone who is currently signed up for the CSS 5v5 tournament, I would think the expectation of staying the entire match would be obvious.

"If I knew" is a laughable excuse. If you don't want to play, don't play. If you can't play, don't play. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

As I said, with the piss poor attitudes you guys have I am sure you will have to worry less and less about people wanting to play, as evidenced by the lack of interest the last 2 weeks.

It has nothing to do with attitudes. He straight up left the game without saying a word. Then, he says "If I had known." ...really?

..and you are condoning this? You're a former high admin....stop dancing around and defending his actions. He bailed. Period. He also KNEW we weren't finished yet, because we were still planning strategies for the second round. Stop trying to sugarcoat something that is plain as day. Same thing in L4D. Would you be ok with him quitting? I should hope not. Good day.

Well, let's see, I played a civ 5 match today, and guess what, I was the first to leave so I could go camera for the CSS match. I guess you can ask the other 4, all of whom are current or former admins, including one high and one former red hat, if they are pissed at me. Even if they are I don't see any public posts from them saying I am a piece of shit and shouldn't come back to another match.

Look, you really need to stop posting, because all it looks like is you defending your clan mates' non-TeamPlay actions. The rules are not exclusive to the main servers. If Buddy had said, "Hey, I have to go."...but he didn't. Do yourself a favor and stop now.

Also, I never told Buddy not to play in another match. hannibal expressed his being upset that Buddy left....and he has that right.
