I've found a way to be able to play L4D on a forum. First, we need to set chars.

Tell me what side and what person. Next, we have the locations. Hmm... The setting is the first part of Death Harvest.
Camp(Survivors start here)
The Forest(I suggest you all hide here)
The train I think it is..(I suggest one Boomer goes here for horde mass)

Once we have enough characters, we type out our actions.
For example, when they come up to you location, you can say:
-I pounce/constrict/boom Bill
Or, you can choose to move to their location.
-I move to Camp.
The survivors have to say,
-I shoot/knock the Hunter off of Bill.
-I help Bill up.
Bill will need to say,
-I use my health pack.

Always keep track of what you have!! In fact, when we start the game, all survivors have to say:
Ex.
-I have a Molotov, Shotgun, Health Pack, and Pills.
And every time it is your turn you can't say:
-I find and use a health pack.
