Heh so true, i would love to add someone that is good but the problem is...I CAN'T FIND ANY GOOD PLAYERS . Also i dislike the assumption that if a child is under 13 that they suck at a game and they kick them. I'm 12 but I'm really good at the game, unfortunately i can't join a game using my mic or i get kicked because "This kid probably sucks lets not even give him a chance just kick him".

Since all of us were 12 at some time, it's unfair but keep in mind that this is considered a 18+ game.
I certainly wouldn't kick you (unless you talked too much :P) but I understand that many people are annoyed if orders/guidance are given by a child.
On topic, I believe it's quite the same on XBOX and PC.
Most times, public games are not fun at all because of 1-2 players who think that it's a single player game and they consider it's one man's war.
If you find random nice players add them into your friends' list and try playing with them when it's possible.

Not true. On xbox live there is no banning from servers, there are no regulars who will recognise your name, you can come and go, teamkill and votekick as much as you like, because chances are, you may never see those people again.
People behave better on the PC because if they dont, it gets remembered.
(I think PC left4dead has a similar matchmaking system to xobx at the moment, i don't know, but im talking about PC games in general.)
I have the Xbox version by the way. I actually don't meet many of the annoying types of people you have mentioned, atleast not on left4dead. But yeh, get a good friends list together, playing with friends > playing with random ppl anyday.
