We should update this to the right date or just make a new one.

    Mouse Acceleration...

How do you get rid of this It happens when your turning in one way for 3 sec then all off a sudden the mouse accelerates and your looking way past your target. It gets annoying in versus. I've tried turning it off in windows and setpoint. Also I tried using the cmd lines in the console. Anyone know how to get rid of this

You might try deleting your mouse from your Windows Device Manager, and letting it re-install. Maybe something in the drivers got hosed.

Do you have the mouse smoothing turned off inside the game?

Another thing you might try is disabling setpoint before you start the game. Go into your Task Manager and kill the Setpoint.Exe process. Then start the game and see if it works ok.
