Heya

Recently I've been having some ping issues regarding L4D2. My ping is great except for when lots of stuff are happening in the game.

for example, when a horde is coming, my ping goes up to 500+ and it takes a while for it to be okey again.

Computer specs:
Processor: Intel i7 920 2.66 GHz
Graphics card: ATI HD RADEON 4970 513MB
6GB DDR3 RAM.

I've tried to put "rate" to different levels to see if it actually worked or anything, but to no avail.

Contact your internet provider and tell them about your high ping when gaming. I had to do the same a few months back and now after a quick change on their end, my ping is almost always below 80.
