Thread: Week 6 Predictions

Its time to bring back the predictions/hype, I've been busy the past few weeks and haven't gotten around to doing so. This week we have:

DoD vs NiW; then winner against Beasts
OgX vs dB4d; then winner against wNz
DQ vs mhm

Let's hear it!

Oh man, I was looking forward to reading your predictions you lazy ass. Ok well in terms of the winners I believe that NiW is going to win against DoD. Definitely did not think DoD was going to make it this far, but after looking at who they have beaten they must be a pretty solid team. I'm leaning more towards NiW though, I'm guessing it's going to be a very good match.

Lol I don't think anyone thought that we, dB4d(1) was going to make it this far at all either. People said we were the less skilled of the dB4d teams and that is probably true, but we have been able to hold our own. All I can say for this match is that we will bring the fight just like we do with every match. Don't count us out until the fat lady sings. Good luck OgX.

Now this is going to be a GREAT match. The funny thing is that I have a feeling these two teams will be facing each other in the Championship Game, so this could be a good "feel" match. Having played mhm, I think they are the best team in the tourney, not saying much considering everyone else put a "just for fun" team together and they have 4 elite players on their team. I don't mean to be negative when saying that, I am simply saying that they have the most skilled players on their team. So I think mhm is going to win this weeks match, but I have a hunch the "old balls", as I like to call them, are going to bring the rain in the Championship game. They are sneaky like that.

OgX to win, close game. NiW will win by a large margin, their team being emboldened after reading predictions. DQ will win 16-14 again

heh I agree with Blonde for the most part. I have no opinion on mhm vs. dq because I think it could easily go either way. That, and I also hate doing predictions of matches that i will be in.

As far as mhm grabbing 4 "elite" players =/ not really sure I see it that way. Sure we're all good but so are alot of other players.

I hope what I said didn't come off the wrong way. After looking through all the teams, it is obvious that DQ and mhm have the best teams, imo. Yes there are many great players in this community/tournament, but they are spread out through the teams. DQ and mhm have a solid team all around, with not average players, but very highly skilled in the art of CS:S.

Vafa, idunn, Toker for DQ and Luker, Illusion, Susan for mhm. I mean seriously, your going to say that you are just "good"? No, I can say for a fact that all 6 of the players I listed are the best of the best in the community. It would be one thing if you guys were all on separate teams, but you have put together two powerhouses. There are also other powerhouses in the tourney, but I would choose DQ and mhm as the elite.

This by no means is saying that these two teams are unbeatable, but it will be hard to do so. Map and Side will play a large factor as it has this entire tournament.
