Sort of like 2142 ish but not really .
The thing i like about it is you can board other space ship and in a FPS kind of game play fight and take over the ship maybe even keep them.
Some of these ships are bigger than the 2142 ships.
Well it works for me, just needs some good team players.

Been a backer for years now and I love this game and they will have more planets and persistence by the end of the year at which time I can finally start my smuggling career on my freelancer.
