Might be sub-par for a few weeks

I already asked on the steam forums and none has replied some good explanation in about week. Then, i guess I'll have to re-install it. But when i re-install it, i won't lose my achievements, right?

No your achievements are stored in the steam cloud with all your stats. You shouldn't lose anything at all.

Right click and choose properties in your library. Then under local files click Delete All Local Content (or something very similar). Then once it's done just tell it to install.

Godamn, i re-installed the game and still that same sh*t. I took a screenshot to prove that it shows i need to download add-on for an official map.

It's not even showing that it's no mercy rooftop map, it just shows some weird name.

That's the internal name for that map. But I have NO idea why it's giving you that issue.

When you removed local data, did you go into the steamapps directory and verify that everything was actually removed?

It SOUNDS like one of your campaign files is screwed up. But I don't know how it would be if it was actually removed before reinstall.

I didn't check @ steamapps folder if it has completely removed, but i'm pretty sure it was removed. Is it even possible that you send me that campaign file so i can replace it with mine? I know it wouldn't make a difference, because validating steam files would be almost the same thing, but we can at least try.

Where are those campaign files located? Because in '\left4dead2\maps' i couldn't find it.

After researching I'm honestly not sure. One place seemed to indicate it went in the addons folder, but I don't have any in mine. Another place indicated you put them there if you want to change the way the campaign runs (modify the variables in it).

So basically at this point I'm stumped.
