    6 days and counting

I fly home for a few days on Saturday, so expect to see some extra PKM bullets on the vanilla and SF servers. I will also try to download the new PR while I sleep Saturday, so maybe I can get in some time there Sunday or Monday. Hope to see you all there.

Back in West Texas, but with better Internet. Reinstalling BF2, SF, and PR on my laptop. Will be checking my ping as soon as everything is loaded and patched.

When it rains it pours. I tried reinstalling BF2, and my CD was messed up. I am downloading from EA now. Should be on vanilla and PR tomorrow night.

    FINALLY!!!!!!!!

Heck no. My cd wouldn't install, even though it will play the game. Then I tried to buy and DL a new copy from EA download manager, and that sucks, so now I aminstalling 2142.

Yes, I used to play BF2 on it all the time, but then I uninstalled when I built my new desktop. Big mistake. I guess my install cd has a scratch that affects the install, but not the necessary files to play once installed.

Gah.. I had a gmae that did that to me once... I disk doctored the hell out of it, got it to install, but then on occasion I'd have game crashage (It's a technical term) now and again when the cd needed to be accessed... annoying.
