I'll start (poorly):

Name: Throttler
Appearance: Saggy under-arm skin and half swollen face.
Special Abilities: Able to stick players to their places temporarily with projectile saliva. Lunges for survivors' necks and pins them to the ground, until their neck breaks (3 secs)
Physical Features: Able to glide
Availability to Players: full availability ( e.g. smoker, hunter and boomer.)
Health: twice as much as hunter


P.S. do not over power your infected.
