    So there I was...

Minding my own business. Laying back in Mashtuur City at the temple drinkin a brew and eating a brat when some crazy old coot in a delorian drives up. He gets out and yells something about 1.21 gigawatts before taking a round from an L96A right between the eyes. Stupid civilian. Shoulda known better in a warzone.

But in the meantime I think that sniper must have been positioning for me so I hop in that delorian and head over the bridge with the gas pedal to the floor. Just about as I get to the end of the bridge and am about to take air, sparks start shooting out the front of the car and a small explosion happens. Suddenly I'm no longer headed towards Hotel. Suddenly I'm in a snowy wasteland with bullets flyin all over hell.

Being the good soldier that I am, I hop out and hook up with the nearest squad of guys speaking my language. While they welcome me into their little band of death dealers I quickly notice that while they are speaking my language, I still don't understand a damn thing they are saying. Rollies... Rorsch... Frizzenjabbits... "SQUADDIE! I need you to get in the rorsch!" "what? Whassat?!" "POD OUT!" "who!? what?!" "They are in the core! Get there now!!" "HOW DO I GET THERE?!!? GAH!!!" I even hopped into something looking relatively familiar at one point. It looked like an APC so I figured I could drive that. Squad leader hops in with me and says take me to that walker over there... A quick scan of my minimap revealed no such beastie. "I DON'T KNOW WHERE IT ISSSS!!!!!" and I think I started to weep just a little bit there as I hopped out and allowed him to take my relatively familiar looking vehicle to go find his walker thingy.

It was only when we got to a location and started shooting people that I was in somewhat familiar territory that I was even remotely comfortable. Killin folk is something I can do relatively well. Oh wait... THERE'S something familiar... Unfortunately it was staring up at the sky while Dex was tea-bagging me every time I turned around. That's it... I'd had enough. It was time to track down that crazy assed delorian again.

I hopped in the car and hit something around 88 miles per hour and hoping to hell that number on the dash wasn't going to say 2342 next when that little explosion happened again. BAM. I was back, though on a familiar island. Somehow I was on Wake Island. That's fine. I was needing a suntan anyway.

That's when I saw the damn Spitfire. #$%^$#%^#

Krakkens and shit. stop tempting them.

Bahaha... Ehh, you'll figure things out pretty quickly. Just remember: point the pointy end of the rifle at the people wearing the different coloured uniforms, and everything else will work itself out. Most of the unlocks just amount to fancier ways to get distracted enough for people to knife you, anyways.

    HAHAHAHAHA!!!! Thats good stuff!
I was happy to see you in the future tonight! Although I don't think you got a proper t-bagging in on me tonight,I think you killed me more than I killed you.I am also quite new to the whole 2142 thing, and Titan seems to be the biggest challenge. The Conquest server is much more familier to me as it is really just BF2 with different weapons and maps.Titan adds a couple of twists and completely different strategies.I was lucky enough to squad up with Civil and a couple members of the 5th,so I was afforded the time to properly welcome you to the future.
If you want a properly guided tour of 2142 land, squad up with Walker or any member of VTRX or 5th,or Friggen clans. They are all great guys and are more than happy to take the time to show a guy around.
