Warhammer Online any HRD's

ive been pondering to get this game being my current MMO is rly.. well.. boring :5

so i was just wondering if any HRD's were going to join the TTP and all

...this better not mean you're ditchin out on us in Diablo... we have some act 2 pwnage to commence once Loki get's his windy situation all sorted!

nah.. i still likey Diablo.. well.. at least till Diablo 3 comes out next summer..

but i played some City Of Heroes with a ex-friend and i got addicted to the whole MMO stuff.. i like the custom stuff and teamwork.. but alas.. ima nobody and i would like to join a game my friends are playing

I have never actually played an MMO, so I will try to refrain from flaming here.

I have however watched my friend's son play Runescape. Hour after hour of mining for stone, getting better axes to mine for better stone, and cooking chickens. I just did not see the fun or point.

I much prefer FPS games. With all the action in hour after hour of killing bodies, getting better guns to kill more bodies, and teabagging chickens. Hmmm.

nah.. that one sounds odd to me too.. these ones are basically about gaining experience, getting kick-butt attacks and getting shiny armor and pets.. besides the "building" of your charater it is basically an all out war

yea, Runescape is seriusly gay.. Thats a no brain required childs game. :9 :9

runesacpe is free and therefore no fun value.

WoW is just wrong.

Vanguard Saga of Heroes was a good game, everything was great and hyped up then it was too buggy and the community ditched it like a bad habbit.

If you haven't ever played Guild Wars Prophecies you are missing out. It is like WoW only no subscription fees.

I got the whole MMO thing out of my system a few years ago. I put THOUSANDS of hours into Everquest the day it came out... I put thousands of hours into Ultima Online... I put somewhat less into World of Warcraft... I put less into Anarchy Online... Age of Camelot... The two microsoft ones (can't remember)... And a few others that I can't remember... I even played Phantasy Star Online on the Dreamcast for a bit...

I LOVE Warhammer... Love the fantasy setting even more than the 40k... but I'm not going to get into the grind again. Just can't do it. I've wasted literally years of my life on those types of games and I won't do it to myself again.
