bring it old man! too bad I am not in the same shape as I was a few years ago in high school. I was the fastest lineman on the team. 6' 225lbs could bench my weight and run a 5.5 40m (not so much on the long distance though heh)

now...250lbs 6' and haven't run really since Thanksgiving day 2005. lol

And firstly, happy B-day guys! Make it a good one. Because this is now and now is good! And I mean that in the "make the best of what you got right now" sense.
