Thread: Hello to my HRD comrades

Well, since I'm here, I thought I might as well say Hello to my {HRD} comrades.... so HELLO!

Haven't talked to you guys in a while and I have been missing you guys. I recall quite often the great times we had bullshitting after the TWL matches; those were some really good times,a nd they will never be replaced.

Glad to see your clan is still growing and is still alive. I look forward to the day when {HRD} becomes a full blown corporation, cause I really need a job.

I want to say thanks to superCarl1 for the kind words in your last post, and I want to also say thanks to Kelderos for not getting upset at me for calling ALL bunny hoppers WEAK; he's a true sport.

I've seen DEX71 every now and again, here and there, and it's been good to see at least ONE {HRD} branch out to unfamiliar territory.

To the rest of yous, I love you man!

RV its nice to see you come by the "House" and leave a message at the door occasionally. Anything I say in the forums is not meant in anything more than jest, I like you as much as I did before you joined us, while you were with us, and even now. If you ever get bored enough to join me I play CS:S (BUNNY HOPPING ILLEGAL) BF2, and 2142.

We been branching out some.. dex has gone the CoD direction, but still comes to visit me in 2142 land.. I'm a mid admin in 2142 (crazy, right? ), many of us have branched into Left4Dead.. that' pretty much where I spend my time now.. either 2142 or L4D.. hardly play BF2 anymore. I know Kel, Viper, Steggy, Warprosper and Loki have been making forrays into 2142.. and Axeir's even played it once or twice.. Loki's been hitting up CS:S as well.. Jeep and Wolvie can break their BF2 habit tho.. they suck

I'm going to try and make a concession and give in to my Love for Hardcore Tactical and play some Normal mode for change... so good chance I might stop by and visit with Dex71 in a time long since past, but not forgotten.

I tried to give PR a chance last week, but kept having similar crashes with the game, and remembered VERY quickly one of the reasons I got fed up with EA and it's BF series. Disappointed I was, as tactical game play has become my newest/only favorite toy. Glad to hear you liking the BF2142 world; more glad to know that {HRD} existing far into the future and stands strong with Walkersxes12 in control.

I gripe about old games, but that's just my philosophy with old software, games, tv shows, music, etc... Out with the old, in with the New, so please don't take any offense to my "old ass" gripes.

To think that many are still out there fighting the battle of Karkand and clearing the streets of Mashtur just blows my mind. Haven't we made an arrangement on the conditions of Peace yet??

My respect for you my friend is profound; proven without a doubt on the battle grounds of E-war. So I take any of your comments just as I would at an attempt at a knifing; with extreme caution (and a little bit of humor).

My memory will never let go of the day we ripped our opponent a new asshole during on of our monthly matches; that was by far one of the best Helicopter experiences I'd ever had. Our coordination, timing and persistance were on; and if I remember correctly, our Squad Leader was on time.

I can't complain; the air I breath is still wreaks of Automobile exhaust; and the skies are still bombarded with Airplane noise and traffic; and I love it. It's called the Big city.

Yeah, I'm still around. Been playing a little W@W for the most part, still loving it, although I am bored with the maps already.

Hope all is well with you guys over there on the other side of the pond; I see you've still been holding the enemy off in the BF2 land; I got in a Helicopter last week in PR, talk about an experience. Unfortunately, no game out right now duplicates the awesomeness of BF2; twice unfortunately, is that it's an old ass game (but that's my problem).

Still been looking for you in other games, I see a Wolverine every now and again in other games, and always end up asking if it's the Wolverine from BF2; always with a NO reply.

Good to hear from you too Civil; I talked with Steve last week (I think), and I plan to do everything I can to be at this years Quakecon (NOT playing Quake of course).

I was there last year, but only to visit. I hope to bring my PC this year and set up camp; it'll be good to see some friendly NAMES there, and play some games with friendly NAMES as well.... so we'll see you there. I'll be the Guy in the standard Issue {HRD} clan white t-shirt.
