    Vexon's second apply to {HRD}

    Okay so like some of you said I did overreact about my brothers website and stuff and I hope you all accept my apology about what I said. I would like to join {HRD} again because you are all fun guys to play with, and play all of my favorite games. We had a bunch of good times and I would like to continue having good times with you all again. I have read the COC and I agree.

    I for one don't believe you need to reapply. Unfortunately this will probably go up for vote. Hang tight and hopefully this can be resolved quickly.
