Dust off your copies of 2142. We're going to try and get the 2142 server rocking TONIGHT! 8pm Central.

If you haven't already, download the 1.51 patch from EA.

What's new you ask? How about 4 new maps including a classic BF2 map remade in the 2142 universe, Strike at Karkand. Northern Strike is FREE for all now. Plus the return of Verdun in titan mode. Yes! EA finally fixed the titan mode bug.

Let's see if we can't inject a little life into the server!

Due to the eternal fuck-ups by EA. They've had to issue a NEW version of the patch. It will be released NEXT Tuesday, so let's postpone this for NEXT Friday, the 18th.

No, you can now. Also, did you get 1.50 and put it on before 1.51? 1.51 is an incrimental patch which needs 1.50 installed to work

I did not install 1.50. I installed 1.51. And reg-hacked the version number so it would install. Dammit dammit dammit.

I might have to install from scratch again now.

Kanati, installing from scratch again, other than a hassle, shouldn't be too difficult. Install 2142, patch to 1.50, then patch to 1.51. Update PB and play.
