Being in a clan that uses it... VERY handy little program. I would advise ya get it... even if for no better reason than some between the rounds smack talk durring scrims and shit... or taunting your fellow clan mates if their on the opposite team and you make a badass kill on them

Or sometimes we'll finish up a practice/scrim/match and we'll ALL go play TTP, at which point, we all hop out of vent.

In BF2, it can give you an edge, but the action is fast paced, you can already VOIP when dead, and you will respawn shortly. So there is a fine line, but for cross-squad communication, last time I asked, was fine. Just dont do it in other engines where ghosting is a possibility. Basically it's an admin call and on case by case basis; but in CSS (and I assume other source games where VOIP is disabled between the dead and living) there is no reason for it except to cheat.
