So, just recently found out (about 3 hours ago in fact) that I was laid off. Dunno if this is a proper forum topic or not, but since I am not really peddling anything, and just a general shoutout, thought it was okay.

Xav, manno or Nih, let me know if this is offensive.

What I am looking for is if anyone knows of any opportunities out there for a UNIX Engineer. Got about 16 years in the industry working with AIX, Solaris, HPUX, SCO and DG-UX. (in reverse order, timewise).

let me know if you know of any opportunities in the Dallas area. I'll entertain any thoughts.

If nothing else, maybe this counts for post number 6 or 7. Something like that.
