While I've been out
It's been a while fellas. Unforunately I don't come bearing and good news. Where to start... Well at the end of last summer I got arrested out of state. Complete garbage and I got screwed in the end but life goes on... Shortly afte I get back my roommate starts acting like a tool so after 3 respectful talks I boot him. Like a tool he tries suing me but lost...(haha tool). While this is goin on I'm fighting the goverment, they tried tell me that after 23 years I wasn't a US citizen. Made me feel real appreciated for going to Iraq. I ended up losing my job for a while till it all got straightened out. In the mean time I'm battling it out with the DoD cause they are telling me I owe the army a shit load of money if a paper error on their part. Anyhow I lose my place during all this and move in with a sick buddy. I proceed to graduate school around Xmas. My truck gets broke into at this time. Around the beggining of the new year I buddy got sick and almost died. One night I visited him in the hospital i go stay with my parents and come home the next morning to find my place cleaned out. Took everything, I mean everything. My guns, computer, entertainment systems and anything worth anything. Couple days later get kicked out of where I'm staying cause his psycho ole lady. I move back in with my parents and start catching up.Well besides the army taking my whole tax check. Still yelling at them for that.then one I decided to take the bike for a spin on a beautiful day. She ended up taking me for a ride.. I was out for maybe 30 min but turned around cause it started looking really bad. Does that often here.. I get about 5 miles from home and it's starts sprinkling. A couple min later I go into a corner and my back tire slides out and catches grip and I high side. Bike threw me off and I went flying into a stop sign. I noticed my right leg laying on my shoulder so I threw it back where it went real quick and passed out. I had a dream I wrecked my bike,Woke up to about six people standing over me asking me a million questions. I started getting pissed til I realized why am I laying on the ground staring at the sky? Why is my leg starting to hurt and why can't I breath? Then a nurse walked up and it hit me... Fuck!! Ended up with abunch of broke ribs, colapsed lungs, internal bleeding and a nice new rod in my leg. Bike is fixable but not in the best shape. So bow I can't work and am getting ready to lose what I have left...
Hope all was well here while I was away. Sorry about the book....

Re: While I've been out
Sketty, hey don't loose hope man, shit is really tough for you, but whenever you're down..the only place you can go is up..
keep your chin up man...wake up every day thanking God for you life...and every day is an opportunity to turn things around. I know it might not be the easiest of times for you right now, shit, they sound really hard man...but, like I said, every day is a new day to turn things around. Keep at it man, I assure you it'll get better eventually with some effort on your part.

Re: While I've been out
I was wondering what happened to you. I've been it shitty positions like that before and the best advice i can give you is you gotta laugh at it. Sooner or later things have to turn around. Dont let get you down your spirit is what keeps things moving in the right direction. I do feel for with the ribs those hurt like a bitch. I'll take a break in any bone over a damn rib.

Re: While I've been out
I don't really post often anymore, but this caught my eye. Really sorry to hear about your misfortunes Sketty. Whatever you do don't give up. Life is funny sometimes. Everything can be going great and all of a sudden it will do a complete 180 and everything is going wrong. Just give it time Sketty. Your life will get back on track sooner than you think.
