1. Turn off flashlight. (not required but helps)
2. Run up to her until your pushing against her.
3. Aim anywhere on the body.
4. Shoot.
5. She's dead.

Don't wait on her to stand or any other such nonsense. Just run up to her and shoot..

Is that how you do it?

What works for me is to just run right up next to the witch and before she even notices anything is up you blast that head with the shotgun or auto shotgun. Of course I've had times where I mistimed/misaimed and she tears me apart but it does work 90% of the time. It has to be quick - BANG - and no she doesn't have to get up beforehand.
