Meet Oy?

Ok, not really, but if he had a curly tail he might be close. Im just about finished with the DT series, and I bought the tall paperbacks with the illustrations inside. Theres a couple that look a lot like this, the art seems to go back and forth on him having stripes. This is Trigger btw, hes a Swedish Vallhund, and my son's birthday present last year. He wanted a black and white dog and we were lucky enough to find a breeder in Austin. Next closest one was Florida

Kinda hard to see here, but his eyes are goldish/copper.

Oddly enough, they can be born docked, no tail, or with a tail that is curled. Not sure where Stephen would have come across one, but I think this breed is the inspiration for Oy. Its an interesting dog with a really cool history, google them when you get a chance.

Hey! Me and my gf have a American Bulldog mix named Trigger!

That's a cute fuckin dog, he does have an Oy-ish quality about him. He look like the illustration in book 5 or 6 I think where it's him and Jake in like a dark basement or something. I think it's the 5th one where they find that place that damn traitor robot is going to give the Wolves info on the town.

I think it was in book 6, in the tunnels below the Dixie Pig, Jake was standing against the door holding the Rizas and Oy is snarling in front of him. That picture really made me do a double take.

This is our Trigger, and yes that is a sailboat that was included with the house we rent. It's not operational whatsoever...

She's a fucking catalog dog I swear..

And this is our newest addition Bailey. She's a Daschund Pug Schnauzer mix. Weird combo but she's adorable. This is her at her first vet visit.

And this is just the coolest rabbit I've ever seen. Saw it while walking into a Petsmart one day..
