Now I really....REALLY don't know what I am doing when it comes to this stuff. This is all I got so far....I plan on buying Ocular Filter - Improved, after the Cybernetics 2 is done. Also, I will be flying a Manticore...

What else do I need? What cloaking device? What weapon system should I use? Help me build on this plan gentlemen, it would be appreciated.

Good thing we will be on friendly terms in game then, those are a drone mans worst nightmare some times.

FYI, if you're going to be using a cloak, you'll need to have Electronics to V (let's you train cloaking and is just useful in general) and Cloaking to IV (let's you use covert ops cloaks; you can warp while cloaked with one of those.)

bombs are not that awesome. IF you want to have a cool stealth bomber use torpedo.
Reasons:
1: bombs can only be used in 0.0.
2: they have low hitpoints and a huge sig radius. Meaning that they can be destroyed before they detonate easily.
3. Low damage. after resistances are calculated bombs do negligible damage. They are good for killing frigs and drones. But a decent cruiser will survive and a BS will hardly be scratched.
4. Friendly fire. you know you have to be in a gang to be an effective bomber? Well that bomb dose not IFF, it just blows up hitting everything around it.
5. Price of the bomb. Way too much. your looking at least 3mill isk per bomb.
6. completely unguided. Unless you are skilled ad getting the right range on the bomb and predict the movement of your target you may miss a lot of targets.

We had a discussion last night on that, I would rather use torpedo's.
