I was in a w/h once, and suddenly in local up pops Hello Civil, needles to say after I cleaned the crap out of my drawers the guy was cool enough and gave me 15 mill for some probes so he could find his way out.

There are systems in space called worm holes. There is no law in them, and it doesn't show you who is in system with you unless they are speaking. This guy was trapped because he lost the type of probes he needed to find an exit, but had probes that showed him my ship. I thought I was alone, but he called me by name, which means he knew who I was, where I was, and what I was flying. He could have killed me, but was actually a cool dude and gave me like 10 times market value for the probes to find his way out.
