Alright so I was set up with this fitting here...only problem is, is my CPU and powergrid is too low for the fitting. What skills can I train up so I can fit everything?

bring up energy grid updates and shield updates. Both will drop your power and cpu consumption in your medium and low slots.

What are you fitting for, mish then just fit for the specific dmg dealt for the rats in your area. 3 lse's and 3 invol's seem abit weird to me.

There is no one fitting that will cover all kinds of pvp. there are roles and roles have different fits.

1st off use the meta lvl 4 sheild extenders lower cpu and pw till you get the skills to fit right. also you wanna remove the dc for 2 more sheild relays. you may not be able to with current cpu and pw skills so go ahead and just remove the nos as well as the warware rig for another purger.

If solo pvp, replace an invulnerability field with a T2 warp disruptor, but honestly, if you're going solo pvp, there are better ships for that.
