My heart is so torn over the smoker. Its my favorite SI, however its too weak and sometimes can be too unreliable.

aside from the glitchin/lagging and your tongue going through a survivor or completely missing even though you were on target, or the tongue just not being as fast as you hoped itd be.
I call it the shitfordamage si. Its thrilling once you get a survivor constricted - with no hope of rescure coming - but its annoying to have to wait 800 minutes for the survivor to die and for you get back into action- as opposed to a hunter being able to finish off a survivor fairly quick. (I noticed this once when I constricted a survivor on the roof of NM1 and even though a teammate pounced another survivor after I constricted one - he killed the survivor MUCH MUCH quicker and I was stuck waiting....waiting...waiting)
also, the smokers can be quite useless in areas that lack rooftops

though with all that said
Im always filled with sooo much GLEE whenever I respawn as a smoker, just cause theyre so gosh darn fun to play as).
and you can pull a survivor back pretty far, or pull them down from a ledge and cause fall damage.

Ack. I hate the smoker. I'm just particularly bad with the smoker. I'm a reasonably good Hunter player, and aside from the occasional spectacular boomerfail, I'm not too bad with the big guy either. But when I get that smoker, there's only one thing coming:

Shame.
