Tatsunoko vs Capcom online play = horrible
The amount of lag in this game is ridiculous. It is so bad that you'll see an attack coming from a mile away and you still can't block or counter it.
I can play against the cpu in arcade more on the hardest setting all day without breaking a sweat but if I go online and face a button masher he has a 50/50 shot at beating me just because of the lag.
I can't even chain together combos because the timing is all screwy.

sucks man
This is what always pissed me about Streetfighter online!
Gimme an arcade or vs comp and i will bust out anymove anytime....as soon as you play it online....nothing worksand its laggy as hell and just ends up being a heavy kick, heavy sweep contest
Dunno why they cant make 2D fighters work online
Feel your pain broham! How is work in the lunchroom, Frankie?

It has gotten a little better but 75% of the matches I've played are still a laggy affair. I even toyed with my router to try and fix the problem with no results.
I was honestly expecting a little lag because I've played my fair share of MvC2 on xbox live but TvC is even worse than that. I'm going to keep trying and hope that the problem goes away or gets better at some point because I really love this game and have no local friends that play it.
I _almost_ dropped $80 on an arcade style "fighters stick" but I can't justify it until the network problems are worked out.
At least I finally unlocked everything though.

Well, it is the Wii, with people relying on wireless connections too.
I want to play this but haven't even bothered bringing my Wii with my to university. No one I know is buying it either and I don't know how I'd connect to the net either, since we don't use wireless and even PS3s aren't allowed to connect :/
Sigh. Maybe when it's lower in price. I'm in no huge rush.

Wii + Multiplayer = Joke.
Also, people who can't work wireless devices correctly causing poor connections.
I too am severely pissed at how much lack of support there is for Wii multiplaying capabilities.
Its a GREAT system if people can realize what it can do. And at least try to work with it.
And no High Definition places the axe on the Wii being the console war winner.
