    Falcon 4.0 Allied Force

Did anyone played this game. It is old but best simulation ever. HARD as hell. Tutorial for a this game is in 716 pages with all pictures and stuff. When i started to play it i need for about 6 h only to learn how to land f16 and taxi that to the parking spot . Graphic is crappy when land target is on matter but in the air it is great. I still can not control this jet to refuel in the air or even avoid AA but i will master that and than US air force here i am

Butt all in all best simulation ever :6

Actually, I still have it at home, installed even.

I prefered Falcon 3.0 though. Unfortunately, I had the game on a 486, moving to a pentium made the game unplayable due to the increased CPU strength. If I even looked at the joystick, the plane would start doing AK-99 appproved barrel rolls and my pilot would either red or blackout.

4.0 just did not hook me. But I've been debating on picking it up again since I've got a much better system this time around. But you're right, out of instant action mode, it has a brutal learning curve. I took the map of the button functions up to Kinko's and had it printed on a piece of paper like 5ft wide or something because trying to look down at the book and fly was just a suicide waiting to happen.

Oddly, I ended up becoming real life friends with a guy I met online when looking for people to dogfight against in 3.0.... over modems.
