I've not watched the news so I dunno about the fires Girls and Who were dealing with.. any good news there?

I have been on a SERIOUS house hunt since I got back from my vacation. Looking to get into something (or have it lined up) by AUG 1st. So, that my friends is where I have been. Plus I am having the HUGE yard sale tomorrow. Hey anyone want a pool table or weight bench, weights included. ..lol

Hopefully Cheaper than what our mortgage is for this home. Closer to hubby's work. Bigger city. Closer and less driving for me since ex lives there and we have 50/50 custody.

upgrade/ downgrade is all in opinion. Great house's (most at least) cheaper to rent. We are going to rent for about 2 years then see what area we want to buy in . :9

I found a place .. Woot woot. It's a lot smaller than my place now but has a great yard for the kids and dogs plus we are one house away from a park. I will be doing some painting and cleaning this next week and then we move the first week of Aug. :9

Anyone want to help ?

Don't tempt me . Hubby is working pretty much the whole time that I have the time to paint. Maybe he picked up extra shifts so he could get out of it. lol I will be doing most of this by myself. Geeeezz my hubby has it easy/made.

I'm not a big fan of painting, but loud music and good company makes it far more bearable. Hope you can enlist some good help.

I'd gladly look at the pool table and lend a hand if I was anywheres nearer than another damn country :P
