I drink.. yeah, you guessed it: soy milk! It contains awesome isoflavins.
But before the soy, I could not get enough whole milk, or heavy cream based cheezy pasta sauce... with bacon fat... or even better: duck cracklins...
Dairy fat = yum
Dairy fat + cracklins = heart attack + 2yum

My brother came back from AIT and was "Trooper of the month" or something for outstanding PT scores.
I had been in a punk rock band for awhile and smoked cigarettes and drank a lot all the while eating rare ribeye...
I had been a competitive cyclist when I was younger and was confident in my ability to outperform him on the track.  Well I threw up and felt like I left half a lung on the track.  It was very sad.
At that time I had gone back to college so I decided to do a bunch of research on nutrition and fitness technology.  I decided to give up the expensive and resource costly practice of eating animals and most of their by-products.  The only difference is dietary cholesterol: plants have none.
I have a position paper on a vegetarian diet here; "I'll take a quarter pounder with ischemia and a large stroke."
I still fall prey to cheese... oooh I love cheese.
