I have grown sick of my geek body and the nickname "fat nips" that I was so kindly given and have lived with for so long. Gonna do it for reals this time. School's out, no work, summer's here. I will have a 6 pack by the time school starts up again

Hey Salty...I am with ya...I have never had six pack abs before, hell, I have never had a two pack. This should be interesting. We should have before, during and after pics.

I am planning on starting to work out more often. I was in really good shape at one time, I stopped working out and lost all my muscle. First goal will be getting back to under 7 minute mile, if i can do that the rest will come easy.

running was always something I was a little better at... it just never did me any good because after a long afternoon of soccer or ultimate frisbee I would replenish all of the calories I burned by drinking monsters and sodas rather than water

Actually...I do have a fridge full of energy drinks and 3 cases of arnold palmer
